VersaMax Course Video Walkthrough

Rise 360 Class

User Guide Class .PDF Version of Class What I Did: After receiving SME content, I created this class on Rise360. I broke content up into smaller chunks to pace the students and paragraphed information that was all one "chunk." I created headings for information to make navigation and review more user friendly. I reviewed class with SME to verify accuracy. I created quiz questions to test students after learning.

Troubleshooting Doors Guide eCourse

.PDF of Course Link to Course Context: I made this "refresher" course when it came to light that train operators were having a difficult time remembering the different troubleshooting procedures for the different kinds of trains in the fleet. It received positive feedback from those who requested the course.
